The Football Safety Officers Association aim to improve all aspects of stadium safety. Over the years, as stadium design and facilities have been improved, so have the expectations of spectators. In order to keep pace with these heightened demands, the FSOA continues to play a significant part in improving levels of customer care and quality of service delivery.
